IRF Guide Training and Education programs

In 2026, licensed International Rafting Federation (IRF) instructors Andraž Krpič Morel and Blaž Stan will organise a Guide Training and Education (GTE) program on the Soča River in Kobarid, Slovenia.

The program includes two parts:

• Raft Guide Training Program (GTP) – an intensive 7-day training course for new raft guides

• IRF GTE Workshop and Assessment – an opportunity for experienced guides and safety kayakers to obtain an IRF certification.​​

​

All training and assessment sessions will take place on the Soča River, with our base in Kamp Koren, Kobarid.

Participants can join the training course, the assessment workshop, or both.
