During this workshop you will have the opportunity to be assessed for the following IRF GTE Awards:

AWARD

Raft Guide

Trip leader

Safety Kayaker

LEVEL

2, 3, 4*

*Level 4 awards will only be possible if local authorities approve navigation of class IV sections and there is sufficient water level.

Pre-requisites and administration fees

Candidates for awards must:

Be at least 18 years old
Be able to swim
Hold a current and valid First Aid Certificate, including CPR
- For Raft Guides and Safety Kayakers: minimum 8-hour First Aid course
- For Trip Leaders: minimum 16-hour First Aid course
Have an up-to-date experience logbook or experience letter signed by the employing rafting company

The minimum number of participants for the course is 6, and the maximum is 18. If the minimum conditions aren't met, the course will be canceled, and the participant will be offered another date or a 100% refund.

All prices are in Euros per person, including 22% VAT.
